Epworth Children’s Home State Mission

Epworth Children’s Home provides care and support for children of South Carolina that cannot otherwise care for themselves. The care given is provided, not only on their campus (where children live), but also in communities around our state. There are 2 Sundays that recognize Epworth with a church wide offering…Mother’s Day in May and Work Day in September.

 Epworth Children’s Home Community Mission

Because the landscape in child welfare has changed over the years, assistance is provided to the children in foster care right here in our own community. Our mission is to assist foster families in any way possible. Pillows, toiletries, clothes, and even backpacks are collected here at SUMC.

Monetary donations for this mission are collected year round.
